Once you click on an appointment, you will see the main Cisco Extended Care Appointment window,

Appointment Data - includes patient data and reason for visit.

Patient Details - when the patient details tab is clicked, patient details are displayed here. If
some of the fields are blank, those are not shared by the patient.

Consult - this is an optional feature that allows multiple Providers in a single appointment.
