Provisioning Manager 9.0BE is designed for use with the

If you are using Cisco Unified Communications Manager 9.1(1), you must upgrade to the latest Cisco 
Unified Communications Manager 9.1(1a) version available at:

UPM 9.0 BE with Cisco Unified Communications Manager  9.1(1) requires the following application 
versions:
CUCM 9.1.1a (9.1.1.20000-5)
Unity Connection 9.1.1.21008-1 which is an ES release to address CSCud86448  (this ES is required 
to create 24 ports on UC).
System Requirements
Provisioning Manager is delivered as an Open Virtual Appliance (OVA) file. An OVA allows you to 
easily deploy a prepackaged Virtual Machine (VM).
 identifies the VM requirements for managing 1500 phones or voice terminals using 
Provisioning Manager. 
 identifies the client machine requirements for using Provisioning Manager. 
Dial  plans
You can use the default dial plan (North America Number Plan) included 
with Provisioning Manager
, or create a custom dial plan that suits your 
environment.
Self-Care portal
The Self-Care portal enables end users to set up lines, manage services, 
and configure phone options. Options include:
Phone settings—Setting up speed dialing, Do Not Disturb options, 
and alternate number configuration.
Line settings—Call-forwarding, caller ID, and notification options.
User settings—Updating passwords and PINs.
