Sending Log Files by Email
To enhance the troubleshooting process, you can enable the recording of detailed log files on the device and subsequently email 
the log files to the technical support team at Cisco Systems.
You can select the logging level to be recorded:
  •
If detailed logging is disabled, then very basic information logs are printed to the log file. 
  •
If detailed logging is enabled, then the detailed debug information and ACMI messages are printed to the log file. 
Caution
If you need to email the log file to Cisco Systems, you must first open a Service Request (SR) with Cisco Technical 
Support and obtain a reference for the issue you are experiencing.

To email the log file for the Cisco Mobile Supervisor application, follow this procedure.
Step 1
On your mobile device, tap the Info icon (
) which appears on the “A one time registration...” screen, the Login 
screen, and the main Teams page (first page after login). 
The About page displays on your screen.
Step 2
Tap the Email Logs button.
The Cisco Mobile Supervisor Logs page displays the contents of a pre-populated email message and the log file attached 
to the message.
Step 3
Include the SR reference in the “Email Subject:” field.
Caution
Emails without a valid SR in the subject field are automatically deleted.
Step 4
Tap Send to send the log file message and attachment to the technical support team at Cisco Systems (or Cancel, if you 
do not want to send the message).

Obtaining More Information
To obtain more information on the Cisco Mobile Supervisor, follow this procedure.
Step 1
On your mobile device, tap the Info icon (
