The Configuration Manager Guides, License & Maintenance section provides the Navigation Guides for
different configuration tasks including configuring the CallConnector Server and Standalone Operator,
managing the CallConnector Users, configuring a new operator position and the operator call queues. It
also allows the administrator to activate and manage the licenses for the CallConnector server and client
applications, perform CallConnector database maintenance, send configuration data to the
CallConnector Users, report problems, and view server information.
