CALL_CONNECTION_CLEARED_EVENT
The CTI Server may send a CALL_CONNECTION_CLEARED_ EVENT message to the CTI client 
when a party drops from a conference call. The CALL_CONNECTION_CLEARED_ EVENT message 
is defined in
