Call type real-time reports
This section describes the following:
caltyp01: Call Type Status Real Time Report
Data:
Call Type
A category of incoming tasks based on the dialed number (DN), the 
caller-entered digits (CED), and the calling line ID (CLID). 
Each call type has a schedule that determines which routing script or scripts 
are active for that call type at any time. In reports, you might want to display 
data such as the number of tasks of a certain call type that used default 
routing during a specified interval.

Overview:
Title
The name you give it when you save the report
Subject
A table of selected call types showing the current data on 
them in the ICM system. 
The data includes the master script in effect for the call type 
and the number of tasks routed, queued, and abandoned for 
the type, including any errors encountered.

To show the current status call types
