To apply an MRGL directly to a device or endpoint as opposed to using a Device Pool do the following:
Note: The MRGL setting closest to the device will be the active setting. For example, if the endpoint has a
Device Pool assigned to it, which had an MRGL defined within the Device Pool, and the endpoint has another
MRGL selected at the device level, the device level setting will be used.

Device > Phones

12. Click Find and select the device to change the MRGL settings on.
13. Select the MRGL used in
(steps 6 – 10) from the drop-
