2. Avaya ARS Unified ICM
Configuration
This chapter describes the object mapping between the Unified ICM and the
Avaya PBX and how the PG has to be configured in the Unified ICME
environment. Note that some of the items normally configured for traditional
ACDs need not be configured for ARS and vice versa.
