Add/configure IP Phone on Unified CM.

Ensures that Unified ICM can send this
string to the Unified CM to initialize
the device.
Create/configure a Device Target on the system software,
being sure to enter the Dialed Number associated with the
IP Phone. Use this string when entering the dialed number:
/devtype ciscophone/dn 9510.

Example:
ICM Configuration Manager > Targets > Device
Target > Device Target Explorer
Maps the user and CTI Route Point.
Associate the device in Unified CM with the selected Global
User.
