side A Cental Controller.

8. Stop all side B Central Controller (CallRouter and Logger) services. This causes default

routing to occur.

9. Start the side A Central Controller and Distributor AW/HDS (Administration & WebView

Reporting) services associated with the side A Cental Controller.

10. Verify side A is operational and is successful.

11. Stop the services on a side B Distributor AW/HDS (Administration & WebView Reporting)

associated with the side B Cental Controller.

12. From the Add/Remove Programs tool, uninstall Release 7.2(1) on the Distributor AW/HDS

(Administration & WebView Reporting) associated with the side B Cental Controller
using the 

13. From the Add/Remove Programs tool, uninstall Release 7.2(1) on the side B Central

Controller using the 

14. After the uninstallation process has completed, reboot the side B Central Controller and

the Distributor AW/HDS (Administration & WebView Reporting) associated with the
side B Cental Controller.

15. Start the side B Central Controller and the Distributor AW/HDS (Administration &

WebView Reporting) associated with the side B Cental Controller services.

16. Verify side B is operational and is successful.

17. Stop all remaining Distributor AW/HDS (Administration & WebView Reporting) and

Client AW services and uninstall Release 7.2(1) on the remaining Distributor AW/HDSs
and Client AWs using the Add/Remove Programs tool.

18. Upon completion of the uninstallation, reboot and verify the operation of all remaining

Distributor AW/HDS (Administration & WebView Reporting) and Client AW services.
