Software requirements
First, review the ICM/IP Contact Center Enterprise Edition, Release 6.0(0) 
hardware and software specifications. The minimum hardware requirements to 
upgrade to ICM/IP Contact Center Enterprise Edition, Release 6.0(0) is found in 
the Cisco ICM Bill of Material (BOM).
