Step 1
Install Windows 2000 SP3.
Step 2
Join the domain.
Step 3
Export the ICM 4.6.2 registry key tree from the production CallRouter.
Step 4
Import the ICM 4.6.2 registry key tree onto the new CallRouter.
Step 5
Run ICM setup.exe on the new CallRouter.

Edit the CallRouter component, making any necessary changes based on the new
environment.

Exit, then rerun setup.exe.

While you can use the DNS style domain name (i.e., name.com, name.net) for
