Tools from any service starting with ICM release 5.0(0) and higher.
Start ICM side B
Step 1
Using local service control, start the ICM side B services in the following order:
a.
Router
b.
Logger
c.
AW/HDS
Note
Start the services individually. Do not use the Start All option.
Upgrade the remaining AWs
Step 1
Ensure the Distributor/Client services are stopped, then set them to Manual.
Step 2
If this is a WebView Client, run setup.exe from the WebView 3rd Party Software 
CD
 to install Enterprise Agent Server 4.1.1, JDK 1.3.1, Jaguar CTS 4.1.1, and 
New Atlanta ServletExec ISAPI 4.1.1.
