reserved Microsoft device names for customer instances: CON, PRN, AUX, NUL, COM1,
COM2, COM3, COM4, COM5, COM6, COM7, COM8, COM9, LPT1, LPT2, LPT3, LPT4,
LPT5, LPT6, LPT7, LPT8, and LPT9.

Prior to installing Unified IP IVR you
must install and configure Unified CM
and check your phone configuration
in Unified CM Administration.
Install Unified IP IVR (if you are not
installing Unified CVP)
Installing Unified IP IVR also installs the
required JTAPI Client. You can use the
JTAPI Client Update tool to ensure that you
have the most recent version.
Prior to installing Unified CVP install
