on hand and be near your computer when you call:

• The error message text if there was an error message.

• Details about what you were doing before the problem occurred.

• OmniPage Pro software serial number.

Locate this information on Program Disk 1.

• OmniPage Pro software version number.

If OmniPage Pro is open, choose About OmniPage Pro... in the 
Apple menu. Otherwise, single-click the OmniPage Pro icon in 
the OmniPage Pro folder and choose Get Info in the File menu in 
the Finder.

• Devices attached to the SCSI port of your Macintosh.

• Scanner driver version if there is one.

Consult your scanner manual.

• Amount of free disk space.

Check the number in the upper right corner of your hard drive 
window in the Finder. You may need to choose By Icon or By 
Small Icon

 in the View menu.

• Your system version number, your Macintosh model, and the 

amount of memory installed: choose About This Macintosh... in the 
Apple menu in the Finder.
