Unable to print more than
one area

Cannot find scanner

Check the cable connection. Close the
Digital Duplicator Utility window and turn
off the system (scanner / printer /
computer), then turn it on again.

Scanner is not turned on or
improper cable connection.

Cannot find scanner and
printer

Set the number of colors to 256 colors or
more.

Scanner and printer are not turned
on or improper cable connection.

Cannot find printer.

Zoom function is not available when using
the ADF tray. Place the document on the
scanner glass and rescan.

Printer is not turned on or improper
cable connection.

Digital Duplicator Utility
requires 256 colors or
higher

Turn off the system (scanner / printer /
computer), then turn it on again.

The number of displayed colors on
the monitor is less than 256 Colors.

Cannot use more than
100% zoom when using
ADF

Check the connection and turn on the
scanner and/or printer. Click Retry on the
message window.

An image enlarged more than 100%
is being printed using the ADF tray.

No response from
scanner. Check the power
or cable. No response
from printer. Check the
power or cable.

Remove the document from the ADF tray,
place it on the scanner glass, then print.

Scanner or printer is not turned on
or cable connection is improper.

DCIS did not start
printing. Abort printing.

Delete the unnecessary images from the
Layout box
