 Firmware Update: this icon is shown only when the Installer level 4 is enabled (see previous page); it allows you to run the
firmware update procedure.
Programming section contains the following pages. 
 Phonebook: telephone contact list page/parameters.
 Options: options page.
 Network Setting: connections parameters programming page.
 Inputs/Outputs: output/input parameters programming page.
 Communicator: communicator parameters programming page.
 IP Receivers: IP receiver parameters programming page. 
 Voice Message: Page used to manage voice messages

 PSTN/PTM: PTM function setup page.
 Event Log: page used to set all the parameters related to the Event Log.
 Status: Page used to check the status of the Communicator.
To start the configuration of a new Customer, click on File->New account.
To display the list of customers stored in the archive, select the menu command File->View->Start page. This section will allow
you to delete or retrieve configuration data, as follows:
1. Using the right button on the mouse, click on the Customer’s name.
2. Click Load upload the respective data from the Hard-Disk, or Delete selected customer to delete the data configuration.
You can list Customers in alphabetical or code order by clicking the heading of the column concerned.
The configuration data are grouped in the following pages. The (Status) page is for “Supervisory and Control” purposes. All the
pages are described in detail in this section.
Access level
This paragraph is intended to describe the way to access the device's functionalities according to the EN50136 standard.
If EN50136 compliance is enabled (see “EN50136” OPTION programming-(Firmware default enabled), the communicator will man-
age four levels of access.
Level 1 access to functions, indications (LEDs used to provide a signalling about the device trouble, GSM and PSTN line sta-
tus) and notifications (SMS, voice messages, etc.) available to any individual without authentication PIN; this access level
doesn't allow any access (read/write) to the communicator's programming options.
