Fibrinogen Clauss
This algorithm estimates the clotting time (in seconds) of the sample by calculating the 50% of the
absorbance increase (mE) between the beginning and the end of clot formation.
Point 1 is the point, on the primary curve, where the first derivative is maximum.
Point 2 and Point 3 are the closest points under and over Point 1 where the first derivative has a
value that is the 20% of its maximum.
The half of the difference between the Point 2 and Point 3 returns the clotting time result (in
seconds).
