The Pentium® III Xeon™ processor at 600 MHz+ is also offered as an Intel boxed processor. Intel boxed
processors are intended for system integrators who build systems from baseboards and off-the-shelf
components. The boxed Pentium III Xeon processor at 600 MHz+ is supplied with an attached passive heat
sink. This section documents baseboard and system requirements for the heat sink that will be supplied with
