COM_MDIO is bit 30 of the MDC/MDIO Configuration (MDICNFG) register, located at
MMIO offset E04h for each LAN Port of the Ethernet controller. The preset value of bit
30 is provided by the value of COM_MDIO, bit 3 of the
word for
each LAN Port in EEPROM (LAN word offset 24h).
