Audio carrier table for IF reception  
The given audio carrier frequencies are based on the respective video-audio carrier spacing.  
The video carrier frequency is 38.9 MHz without the return path option for each standard and can not be changed.  
With equipped return path option, the video carrier frequencies* are freely selectable.

The display in the third field is dependent on the previously selected FS standard. 
By pressing the third softkey, the following audio transmissions can be chosen: 
•  Audio carrier 1 (sc1) 
•  Audio carrier 2 (sc2) 
•  Stereo (sc1 + sc2) 
•  NICAM (nicam) 
Level-dependent acoustic signal  
In the function, „level beep,“ a acoustic signal is generated, whose pitch is propor-
tional to the received signal level. With this signal, it is possible to optimally align 
the receiving antenna to a transmitter.
