Multi-Access
This machine can perform multiple jobs using different functions, such as copy-
ing and faxing, at the same time. Performing multiple functions simultaneously
is called “Multi-Access”.

❒ The machine can receive a print job while copying, but the actual printing
starts after copying is finished.
❒ If you try to use a function that cannot be performed simultaneously, you will
hear a beep sound from the machine or see a failure message pop up on your
computer screen. In this case, try again after the current job is finished.
