This section describes the call flows and provides configuration instructions for the following ISN 
deployment models:

 

In this deployment model, the ISN works with the Voice Gateway to act as the VRU and as the Switch 
to transfer the call to an agent. The VRU voice treatment is provided at the Voice Gateway, and may 
include ASR/TTS. 

Queuing and network transfers are not possible and the ISN Voice Browser is not part of this deployment.
