Unable to install ActiveX or view streaming video because of an existing version.

To uninstall older versions of ActiveX:

Go to Control Panel from the Start menu.

Select Programs and Features.

Search for Cisco Camera UI Control v.X.XX.X.XX.

Right click and click on Uninstall to remove ActiveX. 

SNMP Versions 2c and 3 are supported in Release 1.4.1.
