Press Ctrl−Z to display the hidden reformat menu. These menu items display:

Press ! (the exclamation mark key, Shift−1) to erase the contents of Flash memory and make room for
the new firmware.

Press 3 to select the Flash memory bank.

When the Flash memory is erased, the system displays the updated contents of all memory types.
