Media Routing Domain Reports
• Skill_Group_Half_Hour data for all X skill groups. For example: the total 
time spent processing tasks associated with an X skill group that were 
completed in the given half hour interval and the total number of tasks 
associated with the skill group that were begun in this half hour interval.
• Service_Half_Hour data for all X services. For example: the total number of 
tasks associated with an X service that were completed in the given half hour 
interval and the total time that agents spent processing tasks associated with 
an X service in this half hour interval.
