Underwriters Laboratories Inc. in accordance with 
UL 2601-1 and CAN/CSAC22.2 No 601.1-M90.

UL-certified devices are identified as follows:

In the US and Canada, the device must be connected to 
a center-tapped power outlet if the voltage network 
carries 230 V at 60 Hz.
