This section provides the information necessary for programming the SQ-RX device during an implant 

setting.

The programmer maintains information on the implanted electrode. To record this information for a 

patient’s new or replacement electrode:

1. 

Select the Main Menu icon.

2. 

Select the Implant button.

3. 

Select the Automatic Setup icon in the Navigation Bar. The Automatic Setup screen 

appears (Figure 19).

4. 

Select Set Electrode ID button.

Enter the electrode model and serial number (Figure 20).
