   Message Manager (Only for FAX-T76)   

Once you print a new fax message stored in memory, it is erased from the memory automatically.

Press 

. After two seconds, the machine begins to play voice messages.

After playing voice messages, the display asks if you 
want to print fax messages that are in the memory. 
There is no display if there are no faxes.

To print the fax messages, press 

—OR—Press 

 to 

exit without printing.

When you choose DOC:ON in the Message Manager mode, all incoming fax messages are stored 
in the available memory for retrieval. To print a backup copy automatically, turn this option on.

. The screen prompts you to select a setting.

Press

 to display ON (or OFF), and press 

 when the screen displays your 

selected setting.

Press 

 to exit.

If you choose to erase all fax messages, the machine will print any previously unprinted fax 
messages before erasing them from memory. Fax messages cannot be erased individually. 

You can erase voice messages individually, or all at once.

Press 

. The machine beeps and begins message playback. Each message is 

preceded by one long beep, and followed by two short beeps. 

To erase a specific message, press 

 immediately 

after the two short beeps, or while the message is 
playing. The screen prompts:

 to erase the message—OR—Press 

 to cancel.

Press 

 to exit.

Press 

. The screen prompts you to choose what 

kind of messages you want to erase.

Press 

 or 

 to select erasing all voice messages 

(ALL VOICE), all document messages (ALL DOC.), 
or all messages—both voice and fax—(ALL MSG), and press 

.

Press 

 to erase—OR—Press 

 to cancel.
