Why cannot I change to another device to make a video call?
A.
Video call settings are available in the communications bar at the bottom of your Cisco WebEx 
Social page. To access them, click the Contacts icon, and then click the Settings icon at the top of 
the My Contacts window. After that, click Call and Conversation Settings and scroll down to the 
bottom of the Call Settings window. Enter your password to see the list of your available devices. If 
your device is not available, it is likely that it has not been configured on the Cisco Unified 
Communications Manager (CUCM). Ask your System Administrator to configure it for you.
