5.1. Overview of Dual CMI Configuration
Aspect Contact Server PG connects to an Aspect Contact (CMI) Server to
obtain call and agent state information. You can configure CMI servers in
a dual mode. When one CMI server fails, the Aspect Contact Server PG
can use the other Aspect Contact (CMI) Server to obtain call and agent
state events.
