To order items not on the menu. Category name prints on

the remote slip.

1. Start the order.
2. Press {OPEN~CATEGORY}.

A keypad appears on the left of the screen.

•

A list of all available Categories appears on the right

of the screen.

3. Using the keypad, index the price of the item, no

decimal.

4. Press button of desired category.

•

The open category item is added to the check.

5. The Category screen clears. Continue with the order.
