Seat numbers are used to divide the check into table posi-

tions for printing on the remote kitchen slip.

q Seat numbers apply only to items not yet sent. They

print with the items in the kitchen, but are not retained

with the check when it is recalled.

q Use {SEPARATE~CHECK} to divide the check into separate

checks for payment.

1. Start the order.
2. If the number pad is not displayed, touch {NUMBER~PAD}.
3. Using the number pad, index the number for the first

seat #.

4. Press {SEAT~#}.
5. Enter items for this seat number.

Repeat steps #3 through #5 until all seat numbers

are entered.

•

If an item is missed, recall the seat number (steps 3

and 4) and add the item(s).
