This procedure applies to items not sent and to items which

have already printed on preparation area printers.

1. Start the order, enter items or recall a check.
2. Press {SEPARATE~CHECK}.

•

The Separate Check screen displays. Separate

check #1 is automatically created and includes all

items on the check.

3. Press {NEW~SEP~CHECK~#} one time for each separate

check # necessary.

4. Touch the item(s) which should be on separate check

#2. The item(s), along with any modifiers become

highlighted.

•

If an item is touched by mistake, touch it again.

The highlighting is removed.

5. Touch {MOVE~ITEMS}.
6. Touch the box for separate check #2.

•

Continue steps #4 through #6 until all items have

been split to the correct separate check #’s.

7. Press {DONE} to return to order entry.
