Separate checks #’s are used to divide a check for

payment.

q Separate check #’s do not print on the remote kitchen

slip. Use {SEAT~#} to divide the check into table posi-

tions for printing on the remote kitchen slip.

1. Start the order.
2. If the number pad is not displayed, touch {NUMBER~PAD}.
3. Using the number pad, index the number for the first

separate check.

4. Press {SEPARATE~CHECK}.
5. Enter items ordered for this separate check #.

Repeat steps #3-5 until all items are entered.

If an item is missed and another separate check #

is already started, recall the separate check #,

(steps 3 and 4) then enter the item.

6. Press {SEND} or {PRINT~SEP~CHKS} (to print check show-

ing all separate check #’s) to end order entry.
