Remove Items Before Sending
Only items which have not been sent can be removed from
a check by the server. After an item has printed on prepa-
ration area printer(s) a manager function is necessary to re-
move it from the check.
Remove Last Item Entered
1. Start check.
2. Enter items. Mistake made.
3. Press {CANCEL~LAST~ITEM}.
4. The last menu item and its modifiers are erased.

Remove Any Item On Check
1. Start check.

Touch anywhere within the
menu item box.
Touch {SEPARATE~CHECK}.
The Menu Item Edit screen
displays.

4. Touch the item(s) to be removed from the check. The
item, along with any modifiers become highlighted.
5. Touch {DELETE}.
6. Press {DONE} to return to order entry.
