This function changes modifiers that were entered by choos-

ing from a forced display. It only applies to items which

have not yet printed on preparation area printer(s).

1. Start check.
2. Enter items.
3. Display editing screen:

Touch anywhere within the

menu item box.

Touch {SEPARATE~CHECK}.

The Menu Item Edit screen

displays.

The Separate Check Screen

displays.

4. Touch the incorrect modifier.
5. Press {CHANGE~MODIFIER}.

The forced display screen from which the modifier

was chosen appears for choice.

6. Touch the new choice. It replaces the old choice on the

check.

Any remaining forced display screens programmed

for the menu item will display. Continue selecting

from the forced display screen(s) until done.

7. Press {DONE} to return to order entry.
