bine items automatically when the check is printed on

the guest check printer.

1. Start the order, enter items or recall a check.
2. Display editing screen:

Touch anywhere within the

menu item box.

Touch {SEPARATE~CHECK}.

The Menu Item Edit screen

displays.

The Separate Check Screen

displays.

3. Touch an item to be combined. It, along with any mod-

ifiers becomes highlighted.

4. Touch another item which is identical to the first. Con-

tinue with as many identical items as necessary.

5. Touch {COMBINE} if using Menu Item Edit Box

{COMBINE~ITEMS} if using Separate Check Screen.

6. The items names are combined on one line preceded by

the quantity.

7. Press {DONE} to return to order entry.
