1. Start the order and enter items or recall a check.
2. Using the number pad, index the new service/gratuity

percentage wanted (1 - 100%).

Example:

10 = ten percent

100 = one hundred percent

3. Press {SERVICE}.
4. If prompted, index Manager Code and press {ENTER}.

*SERVICE* is added as a line item to the check. A

line is added for “SERVICE” in check total data be-

tween the SUBTOT and TAX lines.

5. Press {TOTAL} or {SUBTOTAL} to verify the new check total.
