Seat numbers are used to divide the check into table posi-

tions for printing on the remote kitchen slip.

q Seat numbers apply only to items not yet sent. They

print with the items in the kitchen, but are not retained

with the check when it is recalled.

q Use {SEPARATE~CHECK} to divide the check into separate

checks for payment.

q Seat numbers will not print on the kitchen slip if the

Consolidated print option is in use.

1. Start the order.
2. Index the number for the first position/seat #.
3. Press {SEAT~#}.
4. Enter items for this position/seat number.
5. Repeat steps #2 through #4 until all seat numbers are

entered.

If an item is missed, recall the seat number (steps 2

and 3) and add the item(s).
