Only items which have not been sent can be removed from

a check by the server. After an item has printed on prepa-

ration area printer(s) a manager function is necessary to re-

move it from the check.

1. Start check.
2. Enter items. Mistake made.
3. Press {CLEAR} to display the check with each line

numbered.

4. Index the number of the line of the item to be removed.
5. Press {VOID~LINE}.
6. Repeat steps #4 - 5 as needed before sending order to

prep areas.

1. Recall check.
2. Enter additional items.
3. Press {CLEAR}.
4. Screen displays items that were added on with each of

those lines numbered.

5. Press {ZERO} to remove all added-on items, or index the

number of the line of the item to be erased.

6. Press {VOID~LINE}.
