2. Press {CLEAR} to verify items and display the check

total.

3. Void items or add items as necessary.
4. Press appropriate end of order key. Choices are:

{SEND}

Sends items to prep areas and clears the

screen.

{TOTAL}

Sends items to prep areas and redisplays

check on the screen.

{PRINT}

Sends items to prep areas, clears the screen

and prints the entire check in large characters

on the guest check printer.

{PRINT/RECALL}

Sends items to prep areas, prints the entire

check in large characters on the guest check

printer, and redisplays the check on the

screen.

{PRINT~PRE-CHECK}

Sends items to prep areas, clears the screen,

line-finds to the last line and prints the items

entered this pass in small characters on the

guest check printer.

{PAY~KEY}

Sends items not sent to prep areas, clears the

screen, prints the check and closes (tenders)

the check.
