1. During order entry, enter menu item to be discounted.
2. Press preset {DISCOUNT/SURCHARGE} key, one which has

been programmed to apply to the preceding item on

the check.

The name of the specific discount/surcharge will dis-

play on the check.

3. Continue entering remaining items.

been programmed to apply to the preceding item on

the check.

If prompted, index Manager Code and press {ENTER}

(depends on POS Option #24, Discounts under Man-

ager Control).

3. Index the number for the discount/surcharge wanted,

one which has been programmed to apply to the pre-

ceding item on the check. Press {ENTER}.

4. The discount or surcharge is added as an item on the

check.

5. Continue entering remaining items.
