1. From the Server Screen, press {MANAGER}.
2. Index Manager Code #, press {ENTER}.
3. Manager Key Menu displays.
4. Press {MANAGEMENT}.
5. Management Menu displays.
6. Press {SYSTEM~RESETS}.
7. Touch name of period 2 or 3 reports to reset.
