ALL FDS files, including most front-end reports are auto-

matically archived when a reset is done. In addition, a set

of extended reports are created when a reset is done.

1. From the Server Screen, press {MANAGER}.
2. Index Manager Code #, press {ENTER}.
3. Manager Key Menu displays.
4. Press {MANAGEMENT}.
5. Management Menu displays.
6. Press {SYSTEM~RESETS}.
7. Touch name of period 1 reports to reset.
8. Clear Cash Drawers

The system will prompt:

Do you want to clear the Cash Drawers?

•

Choose:

§

{NO} to keep Cash Drawer Reports as they are

(make sure they are cleared before starting the

next day’s business or the next shift).

§

{YES} to reset all Cash Drawer Reports.

9. Clear Open Checks

•

If there are open checks, screen prompts:

There are open checks.

Do you wish to clear them?

•

Choose:

§

{YES} to leave checks open.

§

{NO} to clear all open checks.

The checks cleared here will be closed with-

out totals going to any reports. An ex-

tended report will be created detailing these

checks. It can be viewed from CBase Sys-

tem Manager along with other reports from

this reset.
