This function clears the Guest Information report.

q The Guest Information report is updated as part of the

Hotel Front Desk interface to store the third party ac-

count numbers and text information which are attached

to the FDS checks.

q The report can also be cleared optionally during the Sys-

tem Reset with POS Option #45, Clear Guest File at

Reset.

1. From the Server Screen, press {MANAGER}.
2. Index Manager Code #, press {ENTER}.
3. Manager Key Menu displays.
4. Press {MANAGEMENT}.
5. Management Menu displays.
6. Press {RESET~GUEST~INFO} function.
7. Screen prompts:

The Guest Information Report has been reset.

8. Press {O.K.}.
9. Management Menu automatically displays.

10. Press {EXIT~TO~MANAGERS}. Manager Key Menu displays.
11. Press {EXIT~TO~RESTAURANT}.
