Delete Items- Remove Items From the Check
This function applies only to items which have not been sent
to the kitchen. A Manager function is available for remov-
ing items after they have been sent.
1. Start check.
2. Enter items.
3. Touch {SEPARATE~CHECK}.
4. Touch the item(s) to be removed from the check. It,

along with any modifiers becomes highlighted.

Toggle {SINGLE~ITEM/ALL~ITEMS} for menu items lines
of more than one quantity.

If an item is touched by mistake, touch it again.
The highlighting is removed.
5. Touch {DELETE}.
6. Press {DONE} to return to order entry.
