Used to split the check into separate check numbers after

items have been entered. Each depression creates one new

separate check number. Applies to sent items and to new

items on the check.

1. Start check.
2. Enter items.
3. Touch {SEPARATE~CHECK}.

Separate Check #1 is automatically created and

displayed.

4. Press {NEW~SEP~CHECK~#} one time for each separate

check # necessary.

5. Touch the item(s) to be moved. The item, along with

any modifiers becomes highlighted.

If an item is touched by mistake, touch it again.

The highlighting is removed.

6. Touch {MOVE~ITEMS}.
7. Touch the box of the separate check # to which to

move the items(s).

8. Press {DONE} to return to order entry.
