Check the following points when the Di620/520 does not print when you 
issue a print command from your computer.

One of the following 
messages appears on your 
computer screen: “No printer 
connected”, “No paper”, 
“Error writing to LPT1”.

Error was generated in the 
Di620/520.

Check the Di620/520 control 
panel. If an error is indicated, 
go to the Di620/520 
Operator’s Manual for details 
on what you should do.

Pi6000 power is not turned 
on.

Check the Pi6000 power 
cord and make sure it is 
plugged into an outlet.

Cable between the Pi6000 
and Di620/520 may be 
disconnected.

Check the Pi6000 cable and 
make sure it is connected 
correctly to the Di620/520.

Printer cable may be 
disconnected.

Check the printer cable and 
make sure the computer and 
Pi6000 are connected 
correctly.

Printing does not start after 
printer is finished processing 
data.

Error was generated in the 
Di620/520.

Check the Di620/520 control 
panel. If an error is indicated,

Check the Pi6000 power
