Enabling the Admin CleanUp Agent

Before You Begin

Complete the procedure in the

“Accessing the Administration Interface for the MeetingPlace Server Agent (MPSA) Database”

section on page 16

Procedure

Step 1

Choose File > Application > Open.

Step 2

Open the MPSA.nsf database.

Step 3

Navigate to Shared Code > Agents > Admin CleanUp.

Step 4

Double-click Admin CleanUp.

Step 5

Select Schedule in the Runtime area.

Step 6

Change the Start Running Agent At parameter to a time you wish to run this agent, then select OK.

Step 7

Close the agent.

Step 8

Choose Yes to confirm.

Step 9

With the agent name highlighted, select Enable.

Step 10

Choose the server on which you want to run this agent, then select OK.
